PORTFOLIO MANAGERS Portfolio Managers have the responsibiity for Board and Homeowner satisfaction for a larger portfolio of communities. They will participate in occasional Board meetings and property inspections as well as handle more complex management issues including legal and insurance related matters. Portfolio Managers are also involved in the sales process with prospective communities.
COMMUNITY MANAGER Community Managers handle the daily contact with the Boards of Directors and vendors of the communiteis they manage. They ensure routine Inspections of the assigned communities are completed according to contract and will participate in occasional inspections. They are responsibile for initiating correspondence, assigning work orders and monitoring work, solicitation of bids, processing design review requests, preparation for and attending board meetings (usually in the evening), preparation and presentation of all financials.
COMMUNITY SPECIALIST Community Specialists have contact with Boards of Directors, Homeowners, and private contractors serving the association. The Community Specialist will handle homeowners calls, process design review requests, handle notices and violations, do financial data review. Competent computer skills and knowledge of the following programs would be helpful: Microsoft Word, Excel. Due to the high volume of correspondence it is necessary to have the ability to effectively communicate orally and in written forms. Clerical work involving: filing, routing, copying, and processing of mail/faxes in and out.
ACCOUNTANT/BOOKKEEPER Accountant/Bookkeepers provide full accounting services to a number of assigned associations. This includes accounts receivable, accounts payable, interaction with title companies, maintenance of checking/savings accounts, production of modified-accrual financial reports, follow up on delinquent accounts, and interaction with CPA's during audits and reviews.
PROPERTY INSPECTOR Property Inspectors handle inspections of the assigned communities on a frequent basis, initiating correspondence, assigning work orders and monitoring work as completed. Property Inspectors handle vendor contracts and communications. |
