Brennan Sweeney, CMCA received his degree in accounting from the University of Kentucky. He has ten years of consulting experience, including three years as an independent consultant with his firm, Sweeney Consulting. His knowledge base includes business process, software implementation, and general IT performance. Brennan is a Certified Manager of Community Associations and serves as a Portfolio Manager for some associations.
 Shannon Puglisi, CPA received her accounting degree from Northern Kentucky University and passed the CPA exam on her first attempt. She has worked in both the public and private sectors and has performed hundreds of homeowner's association audits. Shannon currently leads the accounting department and oversees association financial reporting.
 Cadie Sweeney, CMCA received her degree in business management from Northern Kentucky University and previously worked as a branch manager for one of the areas leading community banks. She is a Certified Manager of Community Associations.
 Erin Sweeney, CMCA completed his undergraduate degree in marketing at the University of Kentucky and received his MBA from Xavier University. He is an experienced start-up entrepreneur and licensed realtor in Ohio and Kentucky. Erin is a Certified Manager of Community Associations. As well as being a founder and part-owner of Community Management Solutions, Erin also works as an account executive with Community Association Banc in a region outside of the service area of Community Management Solutions.
Steve Hatton attended Northern Kentucky University and received a degree in Radio, TV & Film. He has 25 years Management and Real Estate experience in the areas of Residential and Commercial Property Management, New Home Sales and Mortgage Banking. Steve serves the role of Portfolio Manager and Community Manager for multiple associations Tiah Schwarberg, CMCA AMS completed her undergraduate degree in business management at Northern Kentucky University and has previous experience in customer service. She is a Certified Manager of Community Associations as well as Association Management Specialist and serves as a Community Manager for multiple associations.
Michelle Schwarberg, CMCA completed her undergraduate degree in business management at Northern Kentucky University and has previously worked in Human Resources and customer service roles. She is a Certified Manager of Community Associations and serves as a Community Manager for multiple associations.
Robin Dubler, CMCA has over 20 years' experience in Property Management in various areas of the country. She has been involved in managing homeowners associations and condominium associations since 2008. Robin has also personally served on two HOA boards for communities where she lived. She is a Certified Manager of Community Associations and serves as a Community Manager for multiple associations.
Sandy Ritter graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Dayton before beginning her career with a Big-6 accounting firm. Sandy passed the CPA exam and continued her career in the retail and travel industries before joining Community Management Solutions as Accounting Manager. Sandy has over 20 years experience in public and corporate accounting.
Dave Rhodes has over 5 years experience in property inspections for homeowners associations and condominium associations as well as 12 years experience in building construction and maintenance. Dave Rhodes currently serves as Property Inspector for our portfolio as well as oversees our Maintenance Department.
Michael Means has over 6 years experience in property inspections as well as 15 years experience in building and grounds maintenance. Michael is proficient in many areas including electrical and plumbing. Michael works as a Maintenance Technician. |
