Community Management Solutions  was conceptualized in 2003 when Erin Sweeney served as Vice President of his community association board.  Through his experience, he realized the importance of good customer service, which lead him to imagine something different in the industry of community management.  Meanwhile, his sister, Shannon Puglisi, a CPA by trade, was doing specialized audit work for dozens of community associations in the Greater Cincinnati area.  Her interest and industry experience led her to serve as Treasurer of her community board. 

They began to collaborate on the concept of a comprehensive company that would offer community management services with an edge.  As their plan developed, they recognized the need to make current technology a cornerstone of their business.  Brennan Sweeney, a successful business and technology consultant, saw the opportunity to use his corporate experience to help his sibling's plan grow.  Brennan's wife, Cadie Sweeney, with her extensive customer service and management background, became the final piece of the puzzle.  

The four became a team dedicated to providing superior service with a fresh approach.   With their industry related knowledge, professional experience and education they were able to transform this idea into Community Management Solutions, offering solutions for every aspect of community management.  They have since become members of the Community Association Institute (CAI) and are actively involved in the Ohio Valley Chapter of the CAI.
